Who are you?
Megha Parekh have been working with the Executive Research Industry for over 10 years now. I have also worked with various MNC's like IBM, Hewitt , Heidrick & Struggle's in the past taking care of various inbound processes.
What do you do?
I live in Mumbai and currently I am a part of SEARCH SIMPLE team looking after executive research in the APAC region. We look for senior level and executive talent for various business sectors.I majorly interact with the executives and help them know about any new opportunities that they might be interested in and henceforth, communicate and walk with them to understand the next steps further.
What makes you happy/proud @ Search Simple?
I love the flexibility & transparency of work. Our team members are situated in different locations but still it feels like we are all operating under one roof. We as a team work closely with each others strengths and help overcome our weaknesses and strive to deliver the best for our business, clients and the talents too.

Who are you?
Nav is our "performance" cheerleader who helps us stay focused on our financial goals. He has worked as a finance and planning support for companies like P&G, Walmart and Maple Leafs. Since joining SRCH.SMPL in 2016 as part time and remote finance officer, he has helped us grow our margins faster than our sales. Nav has a Bachelors in Anthropology from York University in Toronto, and Masters in Business from Schulich School of Business in Toronto.
What do you do?
Nav leads our planning and performance evaluation vertical. He provides support in AR, capital planning and ad hoc projects.
What do you enjoy most or makes you most proud working with SRCH.SMPL?
I love SRCH.SMPL because of the simplicity of its objective, the mastery of the core team to execute the plan and the brand equity that is being rapidly built with every successful placement. When it comes to startup culture and a sustainable growth SRCH.SMPL is what good looks like.ᐧ
